Due to consistent business growth in recent years and in line with expansion plans, the Ischebeck Titan Head Office recently moved into a new purpose-built 64,000 sq ft headquarters. The site comprises of a 57,000 sq ft distribution centre and 7,000 sq ft office, housing Senior Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR departments.
The increase in space has provided us with the ability to expand our product range and pre-assembly service. Our Screen Saver safety range has been extended with the introduction of a new demolition screen and a cladding screen, A Frames have been added for single sided wall forms, and the multifunctional FAB Platform for wall formwork support and perimeter access on cores, shear walls and columns.
While mid to high rise construction has been the company’s core market to date, there is now a growth in demand from the civils sector. The ground engineering service is being strengthened by the expanding division to promote structural stabilisation and earth retention solutions, whilst the falsework discipline offers systems for rail and road bridges, parapets, abutments and other civil engineering works.
Stuart Bamford, Managing Director of Ischebeck Titan in the UK, said:
“It is an exciting time for us following a year of growth, despite the market challenges, and now seemed the right time to invest in new sectors. Research and development has always been a top priority for us and our design team is very much at the forefront of innovation. These latest products are intended to escalate our presence in civils as well as our traditional sector of mid to high rise construction. Our two new offices (Ischebeck Titan have also relocated their Dubai office) are further evidence of our long term commitment to the category.
Our investment has not only financed new offices, we’ve also upgraded our operations with additional product lines, innovations and increased stock levels in the UK. As the formwork and ground engineering division looks forward to celebrating its 30th anniversary in the UK next year, we’re proud to have a continued, strong presence in Burton upon Trent."
