The Derwent Street project entailed the construction of a 17-story waterside apart-ment block, with a completion target set for May 2024.
Project Challenges
Our client on the project, Domis Construction, required a safety-focused solutioncapable of efficiently addressing multiple construction stages while remaining on track with their tight project deadline.
Project Solution
Answering the call, we delivered 25 units of our innovative 5-level Screen Saver solution. These pre-assembled units streamlined site setup, expediting installation, and eliminated the need for traditional scaffolding. This strategic move significantly boosted the project‘s timeline, aligning perfectly with Domis‘ stringent schedule.
Once in place, our Screen Saver system encapsulated the building‘s exterior.
Offering a secure and accessible working platform, these units facilitated various tasks across 5 different construction levels, from pouring concrete to installing the Steel Framing System (SFS), fitting insulation, weatherboards, and windows.
